Welcome to FlickStays Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at any FlickStays property, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to room availability and management approval.

A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation from FlickStays.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all booking information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards
  • Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Guest Identification

Every guest must present a valid Government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

International guests must provide a valid Passport and Visa in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

Failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of accommodation without any refund.

4. Occupancy

Only the number of guests mentioned in the confirmed reservation are permitted to stay.

Additional guests or visitors are allowed only with prior approval from FlickStays.

Extra occupancy may attract additional charges or result in cancellation of the reservation.

5. House Rules

Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbours, staff, and fellow guests at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal activities.
  • Loud music, parties, or excessive noise.
  • Misuse or damage to property.
  • Behaviour that disturbs other guests or nearby residents.

Guests must comply with all House Rules displayed at the property.

6. Property Responsibility

Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation in good condition during their stay.

Any damage, theft, loss of property, excessive cleaning, or missing items may be charged to the guest.

7. Payments

Full payment must be completed before check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All applicable taxes will be charged as per Government regulations.

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility shall be governed by the cancellation policy applicable to the selected booking.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

Convenience charges, payment gateway charges, or third-party platform fees, if any, may be non-refundable.

9. Reservation Modifications

Changes to booking dates, room type, duration of stay, or guest details are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

10. Right to Refuse Accommodation

FlickStays reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any reservation without liability if:

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
  • The guest violates these Terms & Conditions or the House Rules.
  • The guest causes damage to the property or disturbs other guests, neighbours, or staff.
  • The guest engages in illegal, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unsafe behaviour.
  • Valid identification is not produced at check-in.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods are used.

If FlickStays has previously refused, declined, or cancelled a reservation through any Online Travel Agency (OTA), including but not limited to Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, or any other booking platform, due to policy violations, guest behaviour, operational reasons, safety concerns, or management discretion, the guest shall not attempt to bypass that decision by making a reservation through the FlickStays website or any other booking channel. FlickStays reserves the absolute right to cancel such bookings without prior notice. Any refund, if applicable, shall be processed only in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

No refund shall be provided where a booking is cancelled due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions, except where required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

FlickStays shall not be responsible for:

  • Loss of cash, jewellery, documents, or personal belongings.
  • Damage to or theft of vehicles parked at or near the property.
  • Power outages, internet interruptions, water supply issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Delays or cancellations arising from natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Guests are advised to secure their valuables at all times.

12. Website Usage

All content available on the FlickStays website, including logos, photographs, text, graphics, branding, and designs, is the property of FlickStays Pvt. Ltd.

Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy

All personal information collected from guests shall be handled in accordance with the FlickStays Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to bookings, accommodation, or the use of the FlickStays website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
